    Wild Game Feeder Question

Anyone familiar with a Braden Wild Game Feeder. It is out of San Antonio, originally made by Braden Wire & Metal Pro, now purchase by Texas Hunter. My question is (if someone is familiar with) do you know how the timer works? It has a dial that is set in seconds (for the runtime) 2 secs - 18 secs, or you can just turn it off. I don't see how to set the time on it, it has no dial to set the time just the seconds for the runtime. I don't see a solar eye on it, it came with a solar panel for charging the battery I think, unless this is the solar eye. I don't have any pics at this time but I will get some. Everything works on it, just don't know how to set the time.

    Model Number: SA-40
    Serial Number: 88-0164

    All help is appreciated.

Let me know if I figure it out. I just got two feeder motors from my grandad and the are both Braden wild game feeders. They have me puzzled. I know one of them has a solar eye. How does that work. When the sun comes up does the feeder go off. Does it just feed once a day. Many questions.

bringing it back from the dead.

I just found one in the garage of the house we bought in October. It's a Braden "Wild Game Feeder" Model A-40. runs off of 4 D size batteries. No timer. Looks like it has an electric eye.
