Bow Making a Stretching Noise

My bow is making a stretching noise when i draw back, It normally does this when it has been out side in the cold for awhile. Any suggestions

If it has a yoke system on the buss cable(s) it could be the little plastic mounts they attach to. If you have a press take them off, lay them down on sandpaper, the side that touches the limb, and give them a few rubs. That will scuff them up and keep the smooth plastic from squeaking against the limb while you draw
