Is there a way to get text messages after they have been deleted from phone ?

this will show on a detailed bill, you can see it online. shows every call and text, the number and time but not the message

go to your text messege section on your bill should have
normal phone usage then text usage then data usage.

Might have to get a subpoena to get them from your provider .
