just loaded 15 bags of it this weekend and no problems at all. It was clean. I know they'be been bad several years ago, but this year it was all clean. I check each bag before, during and after I load it in a feeder.
Same here. I loaded 10 bags of it for the first time and was happy with the way it looked. I got it for $8.45/40pound bag in Austin. Their was a couple of stalks in each bag but those were pretty easy to remove after I poured in the feeder.
shame on you for bumping this thread. i was halfway out the door when i saw those proces
i loaded a feeder with it this weekend and it wasnt moldy or stanky. saw one piece of cob but i aint paying $10/bag
I don't know why ya'll all knock their corn, but I have been using it for 3 years with no problems. I know it isn't the cleanest corn, but deer it eat just the same as the eat clean corn and I have 7 feeders that throw their corn year round.
Me too Will.
I have had probably 2-3 bad bags in the 50 or so I have bought from the Dicks on 71 and Bee Caves
Like Fishndude said... Y'all stop buying that DICKs corn. Saves more for the rest of us who have been buying it for two years at a great price and no problems.....
It is hooooooooooooorrible.... Deer don't like the taste of DICKs corn either... Only coons, squirrels, rattlesnakes, copperheads and chupacabre like it.

I still have quite a few bags too.....I hope it's horrible like the 5 I put out!
Okay, I'm freaking out because of $4.49 for a 40-pound bag, and thinking to myself, the corn I got at ****'s last year was pretty clean. So here I am about to get a, well, anyway, I'm was about to grab my wallet and truck keys and head out to the store. Hey, I got a $10 coupon, and another $10 off if you spend $50, so I'm going to make a killing.
That is, until I look at the date this was posted and it was back in 2010. I would say a day late and dollar short, but, that is a lot of days to try and count.
