Ups dropped off my snake boots after 10 pm last night!

I received a tracking number from lacrosse and my boots were allegedly delivered, it says 4;27pm on 12/10/2010. I was home and I have no boots?
It says they were left at the gate on the tracking log. I have no gate.

I just got off the phone with lacrosse regarding the shipment of my boots.

Heather from lacrosse:
sir can I get your order number

Me:
yes Ma'am my order number is 35****25

Heather:
Sir we show that order was deliver to 6**0 Crazy creek dr, fort Worth TX

Me: No ma'am that was supposed to be 6**0 Trinity creek Dr

Heather: Well that's not good, I will call you back within the hour let me get UPS on the line.

We'll see what happens???



She called right as I was gonna submit this post. She called me back in 2 minutes
They are sending out another shipment to the correct address..

got the lacrosse boots I ordered on Wednesday. Thought I ordered a size too big for my son, and they are too small. He's growing way too fast. Website says they'll pay shipping for return/exchange, but nothing in shipment to do that. So, I called lacrosse and he said these shipments didn't have them in them for some reason. he's supposed to email me the call tag. These guys seem to be great with customer service. I'm happy so far.
