Gander Mountain in Lubbock has American Eagle AE233 for $30/100 right now, not sure if the other ones do, but worth checking into.
I have bought this special when they had it last summer, or you can sometimes find decent deals for bulk 223 at gun shows. Cheaper than Dirt is the best bet for steel cased russian stuff.
