Wildlife Feeding Charts - Please Explain

Ok, I've looked at feeding charts for years now, and always wondered something.

Why do the feeding charts ALWAYS show more activity on weekends?

Maybe because of all of the throw corn? Maybe it's a pattern they get into and just never get out of?
