    Limb driver users, question!

Have any of you folks done anything to tone down the shiny launcher on this rest? I'm in the process of setting mine up and the shine don't excite me since I ain't huntin' 3D targets!

Bill I don't own one but is it like prongs or something? Could it be covered with heat shrink tubing or maybe that camo stuff made to cover the shelf on the riser?

I'm not sure Larry. This rest is a little different than the fall aways I'm used to setting up. Shrink tube won't work since it's a solid piece. It's a kind of like a Trophy Taker single piece launcher but thinner, probably stamped.

      How's the lens?

Bill just paint it or heat shrink it...........I put some green vet wrap on mine.

I haven't had much time to play with it and when I do it is raining. Dang weather!

Hopefully somebody will chime in that has the Limb driver. Be sure and let us know how it works out for you. I like the concept.

I'm trying to get some felt for mine. The factory wrap makes a noise when I draw that is bothering me more than the shine right now.

I don't know, I was hoping you were going to try it and let us know! LOL I would think there is some paint that sticks to stainless? I take the 2 screws out that holds the arm in place then take a small piece of green vet wrap, ( you can get it at most feed stores) and wrap the arm. It doesn't take much and it adhears to its self. I shoot almost every day so I have to replace it about once a month. Hope this helps.

Rob, I'm guessing thats for the noise, not the shine?
