I know i know this is touche. Here is the deal. IF a hunter shot a deer in an AR county. The deer was on the move and stopped long enough to catch a round before stepping into the woods. The hunter got a good enough look at the deer as it came from behind the hunter on the left then walking away and crossing in front moving to the right. The deer pretty much had his back to the hunter the whole time. The hunter confirmed that the antler on one side was well past the ears as the deer was on the move. Knowing there were only sec left before the deer was in the brush and gone. This was the last day of the 4 day hunt and maybe the season. So the hunter took the shot. Deer went down 60 yards out. The antlers were 12.5 or 12.75 depending on where you put the tape. They were all jacked up. On one side it went way out past the ears adn the other side curled back in close to the head. It was a mature enough deer. Not a baby actually a little larger body then usaul for the area. Damage is done, deer is dead what do you do now. Have hunter turn himself in and pay a fine lose the deer, or skin him and quarter him? After tagging him of course.

If you are late for work and catch yourself speeding to get there do you stop by the local police department after work when you get time to turn yourself in? Or do you get home and say thanks for getting away with it?
