its just an inflammation. yes stop doing curls until the pain subsides. I battled tendinitis my entire 5 years playing ball in college. Its from overuse or improper form. It is NOT SERIOUS and just needs rest. I would not waste your time with the hassles of heat/ice but yes it might help IF THATS WHAT IS WRONG. My degree was in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and tendinitis is a very common thing.

Sippy, that's your ulnar nerve. I get the same problem. Or it could be tennis elbow. That runs donw ur forearm too. Take an anti-inflammatory like Motrin should help.

Seriously, I have gotten that a few times when I was welding a bunch and the best thing is to rest the arm.

Yes great advice. Doctors usually prescribe Advil/Motrin/ NSAID's for 2 weeks max(because of long term affects). Depending on severity, that all determines how many to take. I would start off with what you feel is right for you but take them evenly spread throughout the day and for sure before you workout to cover the pain.

Yes it very well could be or could be both. I would rest it from whatever exercises are bothering it for 7-10 days and then see how it feels doing those lifts that bothered it. Good luck and dont forget dont do biceps 7 days a week haha

The ulanr nerve divides your arm starting from bewteen your middle and ring finger, up to your elbow ending at your spine. I had a slight bulge in one of my disk from MMA that was pressing on my ulnar nerve causing the whole uderside of my left arm up to my armpit to feel like a sensitive sunburn. Sucked big time bro.
