Pain along underside of forearm?

    Pain along underside of forearm?

    in the past two weeks or so every time i workout and do curls or preacher curls the underside of my left forearm has a sharp pain right after im done. It runs along where the muscle meets the bone. It doesnt feel like the muscle itself but maybe a nerve? what do yall think it is and how can i fix it?

                Likely tendonitis.

                Put some ice on it and take some Midol and quit complaining

                You too young to know what real pian and soreness is.

                          so for tendonitis what do i do to make it go away? heat and ice or do i need to stop doing curls for a while
