It's my very humble opinion that if the Mexican govt adopted a 2nd amendment & let the people arm themselves & made a decree for the civi's to take back their country, it would be taken care of in less than year. This is already happening in some the most remote areas in Mexico.

It would be great, if more of the Mexicans stood up the cartels, instead of joining them for power and money. We would all be better off. I have heard a lot about how bad it really is down there. The Mexican government has absolutely nothing under control, most of the Mexican government has long been bought and controlled.
