A skunk has decided to take up residence in my junk corner of the garage. I've tried to lure it out with sardines, but after eating them, it just goes back to its little corner in the garge. I tried waiting in the car outside for it to come out the last 2 nights, but it has waiting me out so far. Thank the Lord it has not sprayed yet, and I'd like to keep it that way.

This seems simple enough - radio on a station - if so what kind of music?, or just on static?

You might not believe me, but this will work. Make a 6-8ft seringe pole and fill the seringe with acetone/fingernail polish remover (10-12cc). Slowly approach the skunk with a blanket and gently cover him. This will keep him calm. Inject the acetone behind the sholder in the so you get it injected behind the rib cage and into the vitals. The skunk will die in seconds and will not spray. I've done this a few times with trapped skunks and have not gotten sprayed.
