Does anyone that hunts up here know the rules on the doe permits? Other guys on lease say we can use them anytime, but i read we can't. Lookin for a little help. Thanks

I'm 99.999% sure you can use them any time during the regular season. Also, and you may know this, there are doe days where don't need to use a permit during the regular gun season. May save a few there. Go into Goggle and look up Texas MLD permits. It will explain. There are three levels. Yours are probably level 1 permits. Hope this helped.
