Trailer tag Question

My dad is comeing to get one of my trailers to take to colorado. He plans on getting tags for it when he gets there. How can we avoid haveing to get texas tags just so he can pull it to Colorado and register it there?

We got a temporary tag for our portable office trailer for about 15 bucks. Don't see why you couldn't do the same.

you can get a one way trip tag for $5.00 at your county tax office.

it's a paper plate good for 15 days I think....

You might check to see which state is cheaper. I know Texas is way cheaper for car registrations. My trailer tags were only like fifty bucks.
