Any programmers with GPS experience?

I'm looking for a programmer that has some experience/interest in GPS. I've got an idea for am application that I'd like to discuss with someone capable of writing the code. If there are any TBHers out there that think they fit the bill, please PM me!!

Not too difficult. Just use a GPS SDK. It will cost a little bit, I found 2 royalty free at less than $250 with a quick Google search. Win Mobile SDK , Android are free.

Thanks but what I'm looking for is someone to team up with to create a new program/software that's got some gps related functions. I don't know didly about writing code myself. I need someone who can write the code to make/create a program that will do what I want it to.

So, anyone out there that thinks they can help?
