I shoot a Mission Eliminator 2 @ 60 pounds and 30" draw= 265 fps i think
I have the new rage 2 blades with the slip cam...
do you think they will open @ that fps?

No doubt! That is plenty enough to use a rage. I shoot 63lbs. at 28.5 and get complete passthru's on deer and most pig's.

Yes. I shoot a Z7 with 418 grain arrows at 267 fps and they open every single time.

I don't even use my Hoyt anymore, I just throw my arrows and they open just fine..

I shoot the Rage 40ke sometimes which are an 1.5in cut and made for increased penetration.I am not saying you need these but just saying I have good luck with these as well as the 2in 2blade.I shoot 63#28"draw with a 380gr arrow and have no trouble shooting either one!

yep! they will open, but I havent had the opportunity to shoot an animal with the rage. I do hunt with them though.

JK, I do not shoot Rages, but almost bought some today. Had a pass through last week with NO blood trail (found one drop about 10 feet from the arrow). Spike was dead 20 yards away, but I like blood.

Will probably be getting some soon.

I have been shooting 385 grains at 270 fps and have no problems, don't always pass plumb through but does poke out both sides if not, and Lottsa blood for easy tracking too!

yes they will open. my x-force is at 328 fps and i have not had a poblem with them yet. shot several deer and pigs with them.

My dad shoots the same bow at 58 lbs and 29" draw he shot a buck and a pig this last weekend with a regular rage 2 blade and had huge entry and exit hole on both!

I am using 3 blade Rage's on FMJ 400's on my Bowtech Ally set at 70lbs. I have had complete pass through shots on three deer.

shot a spike last year with my old Hoyt at 53lbs through both shoulders and got complete passthrough. Granted it was only a 14yd shot, but I was impressed...

No problem. I am getting complete pass thru's and my bow is only pushing 282 ft per second.
