I think your pretty close, maybe a tad low on score. Seems to me that east texas deer score higher than they typically look because they have better mass and beam length than you give them credit for. Let us know once you get it officially scored

Great deer!! You can log on to the POPE and YOUNG web site. Go to the "Records" section and then to "Minimum Score Chart/Score Sheets". Scroll down to the "Whitetail deer (typical)" and click on the "PDF". That will show you the measurements and you can do it yourself and get the actual score. No guessing.
