Prayers needed for friends family
Hey everybody. I have spent most of the day trying to figure out how to put this into words. I'm going to give it a shot. A good friend of mine named Travis Gerald was killed in a car accident on thursday morning at around 2:00a.m.. My first thought was that he had been drinking, but that was not the case. All the officers on scene said that there was no alcohol present. I introduced Travis to hunting this past season and helped him take his first deer. We spent many hours together and disscussed family problems as most friends do. He had called me wed. afternoon to ask for help with his truck but I have been out sick and could not talk. The message he left said; hey man give me a call. Better make it sooner than later. If only I would have known that later would be never then I would have called him back(hindsight?). My friend is survived by his wife and two children. Please pray for my friends family in their time of loss. The world is a lesser place for the loss of a great friend, father, & brother.
