There is about 200 acres of IP land by my house in cass county that I would like to lease. The problem I have is I don't know who to contact. I figured somebody on the green screen lease land from IP around here. Any info would be appreciated.

First you need to know that IP doesn't own any timberlands anymore. I can't remember if it was Hancock Forest Management or Red River that bought their timberland, but your county tax office can let you know who owns it and maybe can give you a contact number.

Timber Star got it first then they sold it to Red River

we only own the land our mills and woodyard sit on.
