I have been having this deer come into this plot about everyday this week. It has been a very busy year for me so not alot of time in the woods. I am going out in the morning and can't decide if this guy comes by if I should use up my tag on him. What do yall think?:

Don't take something of lesser quality and age just because your short on time.

From your time stamp, I would say he is living post rut of 2009. He looks kinda poor, body wise. Unless the laws are really different in your county, I would say your hunting has been over for a while.

I would not shoot him not only because it is post season (IMO), but also because he looks physically poor. The antlers don't mean anything to me. If he was in physically good condition, I would harvest him though. The antlers do look kinda cool though.
