i have a pop up set up and brushed in about 50-60 yds from my big feeder. i was going to get to the blind maybe an hr or 45 min before sunup, hand corn out 15-20 yds from the blind, then sit back and wait for shooting light. i have pictures of deer at this feeder just about all night and for a few hrs after sunup though. i know that when i get to the blind, i will spook deer off. if i dump out a ton of corn the night before, theres no guarantee that it will still be there to hunt off of in the morning... any ideas?

45 minutes before sunup is just 15 minutes before legal shooting time. That isn't early enough. Get there an hour before legal shooting (an hour an a half before sunup). Don't dump out a ton of corn the night before, or they might hang out there all night. Just a little the night before to help them find the spot. Dump some out when you get there and be as quiet as you can.

Have you tried deer candy??? Instead of plane corn mix up some flavored corn. You can mix strawberry jello, brown sugar and corn. Add a little water to get it to mix the night before(you can mix up a 5 gallon bucket for a weekend of huting). Carry it in to your blind in a sliplock bag. Pour it out from your feeder torwards your blind. Once they start eating it they can't stop.
In the words of Tuthdoc, "it makes deer stupid!!!".
This is one thing I learned from Tuthdoc.
