    new method for skinning deer

i read an article this morning about a new way to skin a deer. The guy in the article said he makes a skin incision on one of the rear legs and then takes his air compressor and places it in the hole and seals around it. Then he turns it on full blast and claims that in a matter of minutes that it will separate all the skin away from the muscle up to the head. Has anyone ever tried this? opinions?

I would think the air would escape through the entry hole and not get the job done totally

Not new, has been around awhile. Haven't seen it done in person. Plenty of video on youtube.

Sounds interesting. I'd like to see that done.
Do you think that it would be quicker that a golf ball, rope and a winch?

            Yep...

            Been around a while.

Same process we used to use skinning Coons, Foxes etc. back when they were still worth trapping.

              Requires multiple "injection" sites.

I can imagine a line at the buccees as guys are at the air compressor "skinning" their deer.

Pretty interesting, if you did alot of skinning (meat locker) then it might be worth getting good at. But for a few deer per year I think it would get frustrating trying to get it right.
