Anyone use a Schaffer rest on a Z7 ???

I am strongly thinking on getting a Z7 or the extreme... for a rest, I have heard good things about Schaffer rest. Has anyone used them on the Z7?

IF so... how are they if they get wet?

I am kinda leary bout too many moving parts on rest. Kinda like the the logic behind the moving the arms horizontal.

any testimonials... good or bad?

I don't own a Z7, but I have a Schaffer rest on my bow and I love it. Schaffer X-1 Gen II.

my two z-7's got qad ultra's and they work great.

I've used the schaffer and had a tough time with it. great rest i'm sure just had a fit trying to tune.

I shoot the schaffer and get IBO speeds close to z7s and it works fine. I think it is a little noisier than some other rests though. Also I don't think it has any more moving parts than a drop away.
