    broadhead question

well this is question is not so much for me..my girlfriend is shooting a low poundage bow and im trying to decide what broadheads she needs i dont think she needs an expandable do to the speed she lacks but im thinking a cut on contact such as buzzcuts, montecs, or slick tricks..what do y'all have to say?

You've got the right idea. A good cut on contact head is the way to go with lower poundage bows. I like the Slick Trick Razor Tricks or the G5 Montec/Striker.

My wife killed a doe Saturday evening with an 85 grain Thunderhead...Complete pass through. She also shoots the 85gr Slick Tricks.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the ATOM by Arrow Dynamic Solutions. I'm currently shooting Slick Tricks and love them but prolly gonna start shooting the ATOM soon. Should be a good broadhead for low poundage bows since there is little to no energy loss on impact. Just my $.02

The 2 blade Magnus will give great penetration, I've had passthroughs on deer and pigs from a recurve. Not expensive, shoot one animal and if you want send back and they'll replace with a new sharp one!

2 blade x2!!! More penetration for the lower poundage!

Stinger, I use them for hogs and they're great.

My son shoots the hellrazor and the slick trick penetration in target medium is the same. He likes the hellrazor better. We will have live animal results later this month. Hopefully

Thunderheads do a great job on anything.
