How old is this buck ? ?

I wanted to get some opinions on the age of the buck pictured below.
It's always a tough call as to whether to let certain bucks walk or not when you are hunting a rather small tract of land with trigger happy neighbors who don't seem to care about letting a buck grow to his full potential. I passed this one up last weekend but am wondering how old he really is and if you have a guess on the width and what he would score (I don't shoot by inches, but would like to get better at estimating these things from the blind).

hes definitely an older buck. id have to say no older than 4 or 4.5 though.

No battle wounds on that deer that I can see. Usually, 5.5 year old deer and older are carrying scars from previous years. 4.5 year old deer are the year deer start aggressive fighting/sparring so I would venture this is a 4.5 year old buck and he is a 10 with a beautiful symmetrical rack. He walks on my place and get's bigger.
