looking for a lease

me and a buddy are looking for a lease for next season. prefferably close to the houston area within say 3 hrs. nothing fancy needed just a place to hunt we are both responsible with familys and kids. needs to be under 1k a person and hopefully less than that. i currently hunt in menard and thats a six hour drive, kinda hard to get away enough with two little ones. any info you might have is greatly appriciated.

Shane we hunt on paper company land east of Livingston and north of Woodville. Not the best hunting in the world, but very Kid friendly. My 3 kids have almost grown up there, and I have never worried about them. In fact I have always told them that if they do something wrong(acting a fool on 4 wheelers) I would know about before they got back to camp. PM me if you want the info.
