Photo Edit Help. Please!

I shot this picture of my Black Bear I killed last week in Ar. while the bear was still alive and walking in. I was wondering if any of you talented photo editors, photoshop wizards could get rid of the one oak leaf that covered his face and add back a bear's face to make this an awesome pic. I would like to have this framed with my mount. I can send the high resolution original in an email, along with a few LDP if that would help. Can this even be done?

How did I know that this bus was going to end up in the ditch. The black "X's" on the eyes were a great personal touch.
