Any Steve Helms fans?

So we had a quick little impromptu get together Tuesday night with some friends to listen to some live Steve Helms and watch the Rangers game. So we're having a good time, the Rangers were chugging along, Steve is laying down some good tunes and the girls want a pic of their fun. I grab up the phone and snap a quick pic. I didn't really notice on the phone, but I just saved it to the computer and noticed an attacking Helms in the background I know, kinda silly, just thought it was funny

Anyone else Helms fans? If your not familiar with him but have made a Ranger game over the past few years, he is the guy who sings the "Nowhere but Texas" song they play at the ballpark.

Steve is a great guy. He used to work where I do but his music got in the way. After he quit working full time his music really took off.

He's suppose to be working on a new album

We try to catch them whenever they come to the Railhead. The guy on the right in the pic, Ronnie Crecelius, his lead guitar player, is a really good buddy of mine. Back when I was gigging a lot, he sat in with us for a couple of shows. I brought my "A-GAME" on guitar that night and he still made me want to turn my guitars into toothpicks by the time we were done. Guy is a monster picker on a telecaster.

He's a local to me & kicks out some good tunes. A friend of the family is in the band. Where was that pic taken? Willow Park? I have not been there since I worked @ the race track about 18 years ago!!
