Just arrowed my biggest bow buck ever and it sucks

Now I am afraid it was a bad hit. Shot was a little far back and. I think it is high lung. Not a Tom of blood. Complete pass through though. I lfollowed blood to woodbine then stopped to give him time and saw a deer run. Hope it was not him.
