I don't think it matters unless in citylimits I hunt on 2 acres and I killed a 146 inch deer this year and I have three more nice bucks I hope it is legal

there is no minimum acerage. What you have to watch for is the law about a projectile crossing a property line or having to go get your animal on a property you don't have permission to be on.

just use common sense. If there is a property line nearby make sure you shoot from an elevated position and into the ground to avoid an errant shot. You can hunt on 1 acre if thats what you got.

Ten acres has to do with housing additions. If not in an addition it doesn't apply.

                x2.

Those min acres laws are for rifles I believe. Going to look it up but I asked a GW a couple of years if I could shoot one on my 1 acre yard since I live outside the city limits. He said you're HOA would probably get ****** but nothing illegal about it. Nothing but open lots around me and 1 other guy who hunts and has offered to help me drag it back in the dark if I did shoot one...

There is no minimum- even with a rifle. You just can't let your projectile, whatever it may be, cross property lines. Some cities specify different rules in their local codes, but most counties only follow the projectile law. There are also areas where hunting is not allowed at all per county laws.
