SA Walmart on 67 was $5.58 for 50lb bags last I checked. Had several pallets

I would call before I counted on them because they sell a bunch.

Codfish - Last time we bought from WalMart, I think 80 bags so they loaded it with the pallet onto the trailer, then took the half pallet, put it on the trailer and then we tossed a few back on the forklift.

We went in the evening and it took a while to get a forklift driver, but I didn't want to have to move that much corn that many times.

Thanks guys, we usually buy a pallet at a time so that would be perfect. Thanks for the heads up, last time I bought corn I got bent over. I paid $7.50 in Garden City, because that was the only place open at the time, and I had to load pallet by myself. My lease is in Water Valley and it would be cheaper and easier to just drive into Angelo and get it at walmart sounds like.

You can try the shopping basket in Ballinger. They load it for you. you will have to call for price.

Just rounding numbers, saving $2 a bag when you buy 80 bags is more than worth the trip to Walmart.

And while in town you can get a quick hamburger.

That might be what I paid a month ago. I didnt even have to ask them to load my 20 bags. As soon as I paid at the register, the cashier was on the megaphone getting help. Pretty good service from the shopping basket.
