    make a video file smaller?

ok, so my marketing people made a 40 mb mp3 video to send out to our clients...

well the sent it to my entire SA office's and caused issues. SO, I worked out exchange, but I am not sure what to do on the video side of things to make it smaller.

I made the file a zip file bit it only decreased by a few mb...

What can I do to get that thing smaller? like smaller than 10mb? I have done some googling, but havent found anything to solid yet...

WHAT SHOULD I DO!? they want to send it asap.

Now, I am going make the set the email to send at night time after hours like 7-8 oclock so it doesnt mess with production. but I gotta get it smaller than 10mb...

    thanks in advance

Yea I have dove hunted on La Parilla my dad and I are friends with the owners.

The buck you have pictured here his name is sonny and he is thier breeder buck. He is a heck of a deer.

I recommend this ranch for cheap 200+ plus. The owner and his brother are really swell guys. Plus it is in Freer home of the Muy Grande Buck contest. They have excellent lodging and it is just a friendly fun experience. Check it out they have a website.

Whoever created it has a project file on their computer. They should be able to go back into that and make the movie in a smaller format. That'll have to be done by either reducing the resolution or the quality or both. If they can reduce it to 15Mb, it could be uploaded on YouTube and then only the link, not the file itself, would have to be emailed.

If you really needed to keep the resolution and quality, the movie could also be broken down into two or more parts.

Any chance of loading it to your companies website. Then you only have to email the link and have them watch it over the web.

The less bandwidth intensive would be to download the file once and load it onto a shared drive within the network and let them view from there.
