    What would you do?

I have a 52 acre lease with very few deer. Last year I saw 2 bucks total and no doe's after approx. 60+ hrs. total on stand. This year I have seen a 3.5 yr. old 9 point 3x this week and decided to let him walk and the whole time my wife says "why don't you shoot it". He is the only deer I have seen but I have a 22-24" wide 9 point on camera several x in the past 4 weeks but yet to see him. The land is up for sale and there is a chance I won't have it next year. Would you keep waiting on the big one to show or would you shoot the 3.5 yr. old 9 point??? He would be my largest bow buck to date. Did I ever say that I hate Trail Cameras?!? lol!

Check out this thread by W-L-F.

If it is a trophy to you and it gets your heart pumping, go for it. Good luck

If it makes you excited and happy to kill him. Then you should, if not don't.

Can you shoot more than one? If not I would wait.

Why not try for both? Navarro is a 2 buck county.

Going by what you said you saw last year and the land selling, I say shoot the buck next time you see him. If it'll make you happy then that's what you do.
