Problems with Tri-Van arrow rest

Anybody out there have problems with a Tri-Van Vanishing arrow rest?
Mine wouldn't open correctly, called the manufacturer and they said if I sent it back they would send me a new one. Well I sent it back and still haven't received my new one. Went back to a whisker biscuit and scored a doe this weekend.

Mine didn't want to work right at first either. After playing with it to get the timing right it worked perfectly. Then while at full draw at Diamond C the string pulled out of it. I was able to continue hunting which is what l like about that rest. I have contacted them and they are sending me a new one.

Stick with the WB for the above reasons.
