Well, it's definitely a pointy rock... Though it looks as if it's been manipulated by man to be that way.

That is definitely an Indian artifact. Looks like a crude or unfinished point.

I would call it a stick knife and would have a stick lashed on to it on the side with the tang.

Preform blade, could have been a finished tool or a preform for a point. Keep it, it is a legitimate artifact.

Indian artifact, unfinished. Still a good find. Gives you an idea of the stages taken to get a usable weapon.
