    switching arrows????

Currently I am shooting Beman ICS 400 arrows. They are getting pretty old and I am down to only a few left. My question is as long as the new arrows I get are the same lengh and 400's will they shoot the same? If so will I need to stick with Beman or will any good brand be the same? I don't want to have to make any adjustemnts to my bow if possible. I have her dialed in just right, right now. Please advise.

If they are the same weight, it shouldn't cause a problem

If you buy more of the same arrows and cut the same length then they should fly the same. Not that they will but they should. I did the same thing this year with no probs at all.

This may not be true. (different arrows use different nocks that release the arrow from the string differently, even if weight is the same)
Stay with the same arrow, and there's a good chance you won't have to resight.

If you are tuned well and the arrow weight are about the same you should be fine.

OK Thanks The Bemans I have now are the "Hawk". I don't think they make it any more. I will try to get as close to the same as possible and see what happens.

Just remeber that "400" on one arrow isn't always the same on another. Some arrows the 400 will be the actual spine and on others it will not. If you get some arrow that is under/over spinned for your set-up, you will have a bear of time getting things shooting right.

Absolutely true! Different manufacturers "400" can mean something different.

If you stick with Beman's and watch the weight that will be your best bet.

Is it mostly the weight of the arrow that I match? If so I can weight my current arrow and then before purchasing new arrows weigh one of them??????
