How to build a bow rack on my wall?

So I only have one bow, but I'd like to have a spot of it on the wall of my "boom room" / hobby room / Relaoding & Gun room.

How would you all suggest doing it?

I'd like to to be pretty flat against the wall. Looking for some wisdom here.

I made one like Cabelas sells.

Nuttin Fancy. Just a 2'x3' piece of plywood and some 1"x2.5" board and 1" dowel rod.
30 minutes to build and hang.

Wow. Those are nice. Those are a bit more involved than what I was thinking.
