Another tire thread. 20" rims with AT tires

Well I am about to roll 60,000 miles on my 2009 F150 4x4. This means the Pirreli ATR tires that came stock need to be replaced within 5,000 miles (a liitle over a month)

I was hoping to replace them with some BFG All Terrains but in my size (285/55r20) they are $390 per tire and with certs $1900+ out the door at discount!

Anyone else have suggestions for other tires, other sizes that will fit (dont want to go smaller), or cheaper places to get the BfG?

How are the Michelin AT2? They are $70 a tire cheaper in the same size

I got over 55k on my 305/55r20 ProComp Extreme AT's and that is on a 3/4 ton chevy diesel. ordered another set to be installed on Monday. $1300 out the door.

Can't go wrong with the michelins. Not as aggressive as the bfgs but last forever.

I have an 09 FX4 supercrew with 20's and these are awesome tires. Had mine a year now and no leaks yet! I got a price quote from treadepot.com and discount matched that price.

You can try tirerack website. They usually are cheaper but shipping cost is about $100. Discount will install for $20 a tire. Not sure if all that hassle is worth the dicount but thought I would throw it out there.
