okay so for about 3 years weve been on a lease about 282 acres. ive seen alot of movement. i took the buck below the second year. however the other guys on the lease(my cousins husbands n son) shoot freakin everything. theyve shot three 8 pts not even 2 years old and 2 inches inside the ears. now my question is, my dad wants to stay on the ranch. everything is low fenced, how can i still attract big deer to my area even though they shoot everything n dont let things grow up?

sorry, but you can't! If the folks around you are shooting them when they are young, then you will not have any mature bucks to hunt in the future

Man that's a tough deal right there. If they're operating on the "its brown its down" theory there won't be many mature bucks around. Have you tried talking to them about not taking those young bucks?

If they are just un-informed, then TEACH them! The first time one of the gets to put thier crosshairs on a 130" buck they will be glad they let him live for a couple more years.

Hard to do. I have relatives where I hunt like that. They always shoot the first thing that walks out.

              +1

But even if they do shoot young deer, there are still mature deer out there, especially since it's only 200 acres low fenced. You have deer moving in and out all the time.

If they aren't hitting the feeders you might try other food/water/bedding sources.

Management requires more than just a couple of people working at it.

i have spoke to them and yet they dont seem to listen. i told my uncle n he talked to them but yet they dont care. they dont respect the game we guys call HUNTING. they just shoot to kill things becuz they thinks its cool. they dont take any pride in it. i feed year round make sure my camera is going make sure there is water. but yet they seem to shoot everything still so i kinda have no hope:/ i wish there was something i could do to bring in the big mature bucks. theres never a lack of food water or good bedding areas around my stand/feeder. i just think deer are scared to come to the property becuz dumb dumbs shoot all the time.

You may be right, BUT it sounds like your doing everything you can to make your spot THE spot for them to be when they come onto the property and that is all you can do! It may take several years for the deer to figure out that your spot is the place to go, but it will happen eventually
