My little nephews first two deer kills with a bow. A doe and a buck in the same week.

Fist is his doe shot with a G5 deadmeat out of a 55 lb Mathews Monster. Didn’t get any internal pictures, but she died in sight. Clean passthrough

Next is his first buck killed two days later with a Thorn Crown. Its a wicked looking head.

Got an exit, but not full passthrough. Shot was little high and not alot of blood loss, but there was massive hemorrhaging inside

You can literally see through this doe.

Rage hypodermic no collar from 35’ up and 18 yards out. Basically a 45 Deg shot angle
Should have aimed a little higher but it didn’t the job, 30 yards dead in sight.

After seeing all the monster holes from the G5 megameat, I had to try for myself. First time I haven’t gotten a pass through in many years (38 yrd shot) but very pleased.

No pics, but a couple of weeks ago, I shot a spike through the shoulders with a 125gr. Exodus that broke the off shoulder and hit a doe behind it in the neck that I hadn't seen. It hit neck vertebrae and carried another twenty yards. The blood trails on both were outstanding, and both died within 30 yards.

Here’s a full grown doe’s exit shoulder. That Exodus 125 broke the bone clean in half and still was sticking in the dirt on the side. I’m always worried about hitting that bone on the way in.

Dang!!!! Megameat for the win again. I’ve got a pic on this thread from a Megameat but still went ahead and put some grim reapers on this year, still waiting to see what it can do!

Great thread. Looks like if you put a good head behind the shoulder, you get a short blood trail

Nice!!! I’m a big fan of the G5 megameat. It’s my new favorite broadhead.

Old school Slick Trick. It doesn’t always take a giant hole. Just a well placed one.

100 gr Ramcat. Quartering away. Broadhead and arrow came out unscathed. She ran about 100 yards.
