Doe Hunt questions...

What would you pay for a doe hunt if...

• you had both a high or low fence option
• stands/feeders were provided
• sleeping quarters were provided
• cleaning station provided for you to handle your own game
• place to hang out between hunts, fish, shoot skeet, etc was included
• it's close to the metroplex (NW of Lake Whitney, about an hour from Fort Worth)
• no shortage of doe to shoot and you were shooting off MLD tags

What am I missing? What other options are important? What would you pay for a two-day hunt? Would you want to pay a set fee to just be there (minimum) plus a fee per doe with a two doe maximum?

i would like to pay as little as possible. with that being said 300 for the 2 days would be reasonable. i bet your phone wouldnt stop ringing at that price.

For me, if its a nice place, I would pay $250 plus $50 per doe. I honestly don't know the "going rate". I have never hunted or priced a day lease. That is just what I would be willing to pay.

I think 2. But how bad to you need the doe herd thinned? would a 3 doe limit help you out more? Or maybe $300 for 2 days and 2 does and X amount of $$
for each additional doe?

I would say two days lodging and all the other stuff....$500 with two does.

225.00 for 2 days.Then a 75.00 per doe kill fee.2 doe maximum. Double the price if you hire Blake to provide meals!
