I was making some per season prep thursday before heading out to the lease. I took out of my quiver an arrow that I had shot three deer with last season. Shot it about five times into my cube target and went to pull it out with only two blades left on the head. I sent them a picture of the head on Friday via email around 8:30am and got this response by noon. I will keep on using these broad heads and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. I have been using these broad heads for the past 4 years and this the first problem I have ever had.
"Shawn,
That is definitely not normal, I am having a new 1903 sent out to you ASAP to replace the failed head. I will have it sent to your attention per the address at the bottom of your email. Sorry for the trouble."
