Ive used Hudson's on South Congress for the last few years. I would like to try someone different this time. Any suggestions?

Try Granzines down in New Braunfels or stick with Hudsons. No one else in Austin is as good as Hudsons. There is a new guy in Wimberely that has good sausage. He gave us some the other day to try.

Try Klein's in Pflugerville on delahunty. Family business they do a great job. Used them since Chester closed Hunts meats to get rich selling beer. Call first 251-3300 to be sure when they're open to accept deer. They process one deer at a time, if your having ground or sausage you can be sure its yours and didnt get mixed in with 10 others.
only draw back is deer must be quartered before droppng off.

Depends on what you want. I live in Dripping Springs and go to places based on what want done. Below are ones I frequent:
Granzin's - general processing with mostly ground burger (cheap).
Hudsons - breakfast sausage
Griffith Taxidermy (Burnet) - Link sausage. Not cheap, but best I've ever had.
