Urgent...... Barnett crossbow string needed

well pops just called and said the string on his panzer v broke while he was cocking it. does anybody have one or know where i can get one by tomorrow. im in the austin or round rock area. thanks for the help in advance.

thanks bill tried that but it wouldnt make it in time and they dont have a dealer list for texas..........go figure

what sucks is this is the first time hes fired it. its only a couple of weeks since i bought it for him

Hotrod how did you get yours sighted in? I shot mine once in the backyard and it literally traveled through almost an inch of wood and shattered the arrow. Went to bass pro and they said their wall was not thick enough to handle the bow. What distance did you start at sighting in?

Cabelas sells crossbow strings but you'll need to call them to see if the have one the same length. I think you Dads is 25 5/8" from a we site but don't quote me on the length. Archery Country is worth calling too- say hi to Mike from me

Take it back to the place that sold it and get a replacement, they should either do the bow or the string at least.

We sell Barnett at the shop...might have a string...call 254-751-1044 ask for Pat...I know we stock strings for a number of Crossbow brands...if she doesn't have it, she might be able to tell you where to look next.

Check eBay. I know I've seen them on there before. Also, try archery shops. They are ALL going to be BUSY right now, but maybe you can squeeze in there. Good Luck.

thanks for the responses guys. Kc outdoors in austin is buliding him a string tonight . imm pickin it up in the mornin on the way to fredricksberg, pops is back in tha game.
