No it's not. Noone can say that just because a dog is there its gonna chase a deer. More of those dogs are probably chasing squirrels than deer. On my uncles place in Cross Plains my deer blind is at the end of his greyhound runs and those dogs bark more at nothing than any dog I have ever seen with no effect and on my grandparents place my uncles dogs run loose, pee all over where I put out my corn and alfalfa and it has never effected my deer movement at all. My uncles goats have a much more negative effect than the dogs do.
