anyone else on tw cable getting an unauthorized message?

my tv is working fine but have no box, the tv in the living room has the tw box and it says it is not authorized....we have had the same box for 5 or so years....hmm...call tw and of course the number is busy...but i was tols that we talk to south america now anyway so....

ya call them they might just need to rehit your box. Or your box just crapped out. Try a hard reset by unplugging it for ten sec. then plugg it back it.

Will do....Wife says it will go to list view and show the small view of the show but then when you go back to full view...ERROR!!!

try the restart but that sounds more like a bad box to me, but when they rehit it it might work again. I used to be a contrator for them and lets just say some of those boxes are below par. 5 years is pretty long life-span for those boxes. I would try and ask for a new one of the motorola brand or pace brand.

Ours is doing that also. Tried to re-boot it a while ago. I'll report back if it works or not.
