Harvest Records

Do any of you have a format copy of how its kept? I am looking to keep some records for the land owners properties we hunt on. I looked on the TPW Site but did not find anything. Looking at somthing like land owners name- Hunters name-date- time- game we saw- game harvested-age-sex-weight. Well you get the picture. Who all has done anything like this and were do you keep it so its easy the hunterand land owner to access it?

WE do it, Just what was harvested. We dont weigh them. My FIL has kept a log for his place since the start of time.
