I just paid $7.99/bag near San Diego. Don't know the area well, sure there was something in the area cheaper... Oh well.

I bought 20 bags of that 3.99 Academy corn, and it was full of weevels and trash.

Corn will go up steadily through season as there is a big grain deal with Russia that is driving all grains steadily higher. Don't hold my feet to the fire, but I would recommend buying all you need now.

It is obvious that stores are going to jack up prices on corn since deer season is here and they know you will buy corn, like buying a six pack when going to the ranch!
