Anyone have this issue with Easton FMJs?

I've owned several dozen of these and never had this issue. The HIT insert won't go all the way in, actually did this with 4 arrows. Suggestions? Anyone work with their customer service?

I've only built a couple dozen arrows with these shafts so I don't have much to offer. I can honestly say that I've not had this problem.

With their glue you should have no problems with time it takes a good while to dry. If you cleaned the inside of the shaft with the stone grinder and the insert will still not push through I would give Easton a call. Since fmj's came out I have cut and inserted hundreds of them and have never seen this problem. Hope it works out for you they are not cheap arrows!

havent had them not go in all the way but noticed a cuople of mine that the insert is spinning inside when I go to tighten the fp or broadhead will get tight but still spins a lil bit when all the way flush?makes it real easy to line up bh and vanes and seem to fly ok but is this a problem?

looks like your catching on the last little upper groove on the insert, chamfer the inside a little more and see if they wont go in, sometimes ive had to push them past that point on the counter, but shouldnt take a whole lot of force.
